Our Commercial Appraisal Division completes assignments in a variety of formats. All assignments are supervised by Philip Fortuna, MAI, SRA, a State Certified General Appraiser and member of the Appraisal Institute. Our staff is highly educated, skilled and motivated to work with our clients to provide exceptional service. Our client base is confidential and includes, law firms, developers, commercial lending groups, banks, savings and loan institutions, credit unions, accountants, professionals within the private sector, and federal, state, city and government agencies. Our coverage area includes counties in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The fee for a commercial appraisal will vary depending upon the complexity of each individual assignment.
