Commercial Division Head, Philip Fortuna is a General Certified Appraiser and holds the MAI and SRA designations from The Appraisal Institute. With over thirty five years of experience, Philip Fortuna is multi faceted within the appraisal industry as an appraiser, consultant and expert witness. He is a member of both the Philadelphia Metro Chapter of The Appraisal Institute and the Southern NJ Chapter of The Appraisal Institute. He is also a member of the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors.
Gina Fortuna, ASA, IFA is the head of the residential division. She is a member of the ASA since 2018 and a member of NAIFA since 2004. She is a State Certified Residential Appraiser in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has been appraising for over 30 years.

Philip Fortuna, MAI, SRA has the prestigious MAI membership designation, which is held by appraisers who are experienced in the valuation and evaluation of commercial, industrial, residential and other types of properties, and who advise clients on real estate investment decisions.
The MAI designation is held by an elite group of appraisers who have met rigorous professional requirements relating to education, testing, experience and demonstration of knowledge, understanding and ability. The MAI designation is received upon the successful completion of a graduate-level curriculum, which includes a comprehensive exam, a written demonstration appraisal report and attaining 4,500 hours of qualifying experience requirements. Also, designees must abide by both the appraisal profession’s Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and the Appraisal Institute’s Standards of Professional Practice and Code of Ethics. MAIs are recognized experts in appraising properties of all kinds and form a business network encompassing markets nationwide and around the world.
He also has the SRA designation. The SRA membership designation is held by professionals who provide a wide range of services for residential properties related to providing opinions of value, evaluations, reviews, consulting, and advice regarding investment decisions, among other things. SRA Designated members agree to adhere to the Appraisal Institute Code of Professional Ethics and Standards of Professional Practice, underscoring a commitment to sound and ethical professional practice.
The completion of continuing education requirements assures that SRA Designated members remain informed on trends and changes pertaining to real property valuation, enabling them to provide valuations that reflect the latest in professional practice.
Gina Fortuna, ASA, IFA has the ASA and IFA designations. The ASA designation is available to professional appraisers who have met their discipline’s educational requirements, report requirements, and have at least five (5) years of full-time appraisal experience.
The IFA designation is awarded to experienced residential real estate appraisers by the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers (NAIFA)
